Rentals

Note: rentals are in Oasis. Currently players are not able make rentable lands, however, you can sell plots of land using Towny.

Don't feel like building a house? Or maybe you just want a place to hang out in the downtown core. Introducing RENTALS! You can rent homes, apartments, motel/hotel rooms, and more.

When you see this image, you know there are available rentals nearby!

Beware, if you don't pay your rent all your belongings inside of your rental will be repossessed! There is no way to recover these items. Make sure you pay your rent.

To rent a rental, you simply need to find the rental sign. By right clicking a "For Rent" sign, you pay the rent on the sign. Keep right clicking to extend your rental time.

Rentals with 30+ days are meant to be long term. Rentals with 7 days are meant to encourage players to move elsewhere, as these are usually temporary stays.
