Located in Spawn Square, you will find a Halloween Vendor. Cosmetics and tools are limited to one per person to keep them uncommon.
On a side note, I've been posting a lot of content in the Wiki for you to look over.

Game Updates:
- Switched economy plugins for stability. TheNewEconomy (TNE) has given us nothing but problems, losses, and frustration. The plugin we are now using has been flawless since first install. We strongly recommend against using TNE on your own servers.
- Waystone data, player chest shop data, and excellent crates data has been moved to MySQL for easier management and displaying information on the website
- Been working on lots of Shops: Forestry, Cafe, etc
- Added more waystones
- Added VIP and VIP+ perks
Site updates:
- Skins now load properly for Bedrock players
- Updated the wiki slightly
- The search is now somewhat functional
- Posted some more wiki articles
